Backtagging: Sure, why not?
Threadhopping: Sure, why not?
Threadjacking: This is a new one on me. It was not an issue in 2009 when I was last playing before I came back. I do not mind it one little bit unless you interrupt something that is obviously deeply important. Otherwise I love it, the more conversation partners the merrier.
Fourthwalling: Don’t even think about it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I won’t do noncon, period.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.

Hugging this character: Ask before touching him in any shape, way or form, unless your name is Soundwave, Megatron, Laserbeak, Misfire or Ben Solo. He is extremely defensive of his bodily autonomy, and unsolicited petting is a common microaggression against beastformers. Do not pet the cat unless you ask him first, and be prepared for him to say no.

Kissing this character: See the above. He is probably okay with chaste kissing from people who are allowed to hug him. He does not want to make out with you unless you are Soundwave.

Flirting with this character: Ravage loves flirting. But he generally isn’t serious.

Fighting with this character: Ravage will fight. Ravage fights dirty.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Don’t permanently maim or sexually assault the cat. If Knock Out or Glit or Spinister or Hook won’t be able to fix it, don’t do it.

Killing this character: No.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Only Soundwave has his permission to go deep. He also allows conversational telepathy with Soundwave, Ben Solo and Laserbeak. He tends to forgive accidental eavesdropping from friendly parties, but he doesn't like it much, because he's a Decepticon spy and it doesn't make him feel safe. He might agree to being surface-read or truth-read if there’s a strategic reason for it, but if somebody actively and intentionally reads his mind for shiggles and/or without his express consent, he will consider that a violation and fight it if he can. If he can’t fight it he will absolutely come after you just like he would if you physically assaulted him.

Warnings: Ravage is a Decepticon and was a personal confidant of Megatron. He has witnessed all kinds of violence. He has been a spy, a diplomat of sorts, and an assassin. He has killed people. He was essentially a slave in his early youth and has been subject to a lot of casual abuse of every flavour, though that was a very long time ago. He and his partner were forced into a symbiotic relationship for political reasons and that’s left some scars on them too. In a plotty RP he will probably not discuss these matters with anyone that he doesn’t trust. On “Never Have I Ever” or other honesty memes that do not affect anyone’s continuity, he might be brutally honest.

Also: he is not really a cat, he is a sapient being in the shape of one. He’s been in love with Soundwave since they were barely more than sparklings, and all of his lovers have been humanoid male mechs. If this hits your bestiality squick, even though he's more closely related to any sapient robot or android regardless of shape than he is to a cat, consider yourself warned.
